WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO WORKOUT?
Is it better to workout in the morning? In the night? Over lunch break? --
This is a question I get pretty frequently, and to be frank, it really doesn't matter. Just make sure that you get your workouts in. The importance of that far outweighs any issues with working out at a certain time of day
For some people, if they work out late enough they might struggle to fall asleep quickly. For others, they hate getting out of bed early in the morning to workout. And that's fine. We all have our personal preferences
Just find a convenient time to workout each day of the week that you train. If it's a sustainable time for you, it's a good time to workout. Get it done, fam
