Lacking motivation as we speak so looking through old photos helps me so much🙌🏼

Transformations don't happen over night, it's not a 6 week transformation or even one that took me 12 months. There is about 4 years difference between the two photos - an obvious change in appearance but an even greater change in how I view myself 🤙🏼 from doing hours of cardio & restricting myself CONSTANTLY (then binging out at the weekends cause I was sooo hungry) to having a balanced lifestyle & a much healthier approach to fitness. Here are some small little tips to help you along the way 🤗 :
1️⃣ Consistency is key, and that doesn't mean perfection. Make the gym/clean eating a habit, your hobby, favourite way to pass the time - not something you have to get done. Enjoy the process, don't focus too much on change, it will come in time 👏🏼
2️⃣ Don't train just because you want to look like 'that other girl from insta'. Do it for yourself, for your own well being & happiness 🤗 you won't stick to it if you're doing it for all the wrong reasons - trust me on this one.
3️⃣ Focus on how the gym makes you feel & avoid focusing on numbers- they are so irrelevant 💅🏻 I weighed around 54/55 kg in the first photo and I was SO MISERABLE because I thought it wasn't good enough. This morning I weighed in at 62kg which back then would probably make me cry for like 2 weeks straight & now I couldn't be happier with how far I've come 🤗🙌🏼 take pictures along the way to motivate yourself even further!! .
4️⃣ Last but not least, surround yourself with positive people. People who make you want to be the best version of yourself & motivate you & support you along the way 🙌🏼👏🏼
